Business inquiry privacy

This website collects the name, business email, company or practice, location count, current system and business needs you choose to submit. Apex uses those details to respond to your inquiry and assess the requested demonstration or services.

This form is for business inquiries only. Do not submit patient names, medical records, member IDs, EOBs, account passwords or other patient information. The demonstrations use fictional data and are separate from client production systems.

Requests are stored in the site’s database and available to the authorized Apex site owner. This website does not sell inquiry information or use advertising trackers. A short-lived, hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions.

If you would like your inquiry corrected or deleted, reply to the Apex team member who contacts you and include your request reference. Demo videos and the interactive sample contain invented records and do not connect to live billing systems.
